Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Optimierung von Automationen mit Tools wie n8n, Make oder Zapier
• Integration von AI in unsere Prozesse
• Entwicklung von Datenpipelines (Scraping, Enrichment, Lead-Processing)
• Aufbau und Pflege von Datenbanken (z. B. Airtable)
• Integration von APIs (z. B. CRM, Datenanbieter, externe Tools)
• Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Systeme und Prozesse
• Identifikation und Automatisierung manueller Abläufe
• Dokumentation und Strukturierung unserer Systeme

Qualifikation

• Erste Erfahrung mit No-Code / Low-Code Tools (n8n, Make, Zapier o. Ä.)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit AI-Tools wie OpenAI (ChatGPT API), Claude oder vergleichbaren Systemen
• Optional: Erfahrung mit Hubspot als CRM-System und Bubble Erfahrung (No-Code)
• Grundverständnis von APIs und Datenstrukturen
• Sehr gutes logisches und strukturiertes Denken
• Fähigkeit, Probleme eigenständig zu lösen
• Hohe Geschwindigkeit in der Umsetzung
