Um das Wachstum unserer Unternehmensgruppe gezielt zu steuern und weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Junior IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Funktion und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Unterstützung bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe.
• Microsoft Copilot & Digitalisierung: Mitwirkung bei der Einführung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Copilot sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung moderner digitaler Arbeitsprozesse.
• IT-Support: Unterstützung im First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere Partnergesellschaften und Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragestellungen.
• Benutzer- und Systemverwaltung: Anlage und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung von Hard- und Software.
• IT-Projekte & Prozessoptimierung: Mitarbeit bei gruppenweiten IT-Projekten und Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer IT-Landschaft.
• Ansprechpartner für Kolleginnen und Kollegen: Unterstützung bei technischen Herausforderungen und verständliche Vermittlung von IT-Themen im Arbeitsalltag.

Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen

• Ausbildung oder Studium: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder ein Studium mit IT-Bezug. Auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen.
• Microsoft-365-Kenntnisse: Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und den dazugehörigen Administrationsoberflächen.
• Copilot-Affinität: Interesse an modernen KI-Lösungen und idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Microsoft Copilot oder vergleichbaren KI-Anwendungen.
• IT-Verständnis: Grundlegende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Benutzerverwaltung, IT-Support, Hardware und Netzwerke.
• Persönlichkeit: Kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und teamfähig. Du hast Freude daran, Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei technischen Themen zu unterstützen.
• Lernbereitschaft: Hohe Eigenmotivation, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse daran, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
