Zur Erweiterung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir einen motivierten Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt User Support & Client Management , der unsere Anwender im täglichen Support unterstützt und moderne Workplace-Lösungen aktiv mitgestaltet.

Aufgaben

• Sie betreuen unsere Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und sorgen für eine professionelle Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen
• Sie richten Clients, mobile Endgeräte sowie moderne Arbeitsplatzlösungen ein und verwalten diese nachhaltig
• Sie administrieren Microsoft-365-, Intune- und Mobile-Device-Management-Umgebungen für Apple- und Android-Geräte
• Sie unterstützen strukturierte Onboarding-, Offboarding- und Lifecycle-Prozesse inklusive Dokumentation und Asset-Management
• Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres IT-Service-Managements, Ticketsystems und unserer zentralen Knowledge-Base mit
• Sie unterstützen den Betrieb von Kommunikations-, Monitoring- und Digital-Signage-Systemen sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung interner IT-Prozesse

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im User Support sowie im Client- und Workplace-Management
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Intune, Software Deployment und Mobile Device Management
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit STARFACE oder vergleichbaren Telefonie- und Unified-Communications-Lösungen
• Strukturierte, serviceorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am direkten Anwenderkontakt
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Interesse an modernen IT-Service- und Prozessstrukturen
