Deine Rolle als Junior Creative Designer
Du wirst Teil unseres Creative-Teams und arbeitest eng mit Senior Designern & Gründern zusammen.
Du bist kein reiner Ausführender sondern ein Designer, der mitdenkt, fragt, testet und besser werden will

• Unterstützung bei:
Ads Creatives (Amazon PPC, Performance Ads)
Produktbildern & A+ Content
Brand- & E-Commerce-Visuals
• Mitentwicklung von:
Kreativen Konzepten
Storylines & Moodboards
• Umsetzung & Optimierung nach unserem internen
„Designed to Sell”-Framework
• Visuelle Recherche & Trend-Scouting (immer mit Conversion-Brille)
• Übergabefertige Designs für Senior Reviews
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Performance-Team & Gründern

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst (ehrlich & konkret)
Pflicht:

• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Ads Design
• Figma-Erfahrung (kein „schon mal geöffnet”)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Photoshop (oder vergleichbar)
• Portfolio mit klar erkennbarem E-Commerce- & Performance-Fokus

• Du denkst konzeptionell, nicht nur visuell
• Du fragst dich bei jedem Design:
„Wie hilft das, mehr zu verkaufen?”
• Du kannst Feedback annehmen & schnell umsetzen
