Die Holding versteht sich als Dienstleisterin der Gruppe. Sie übernimmt administrative Arbeiten, entwickelt strategische Visionen, liefert Support in Werbung oder Beratung. Außerdem entwickelt sie Konzepte und Produkte, organisiert Fortbildungen und fördert den ständigen Austausch von Know-How.Für unser Team in der Holding am Standort Lübeck oder Köln suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Junior Data Consultant (m/w/d). Die Stelle ist unbefristet in Vollzeit (38 h) zu besetzen.

Aufgaben

Du schaffst datenbasierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für unsere Unternehmensgruppe, das bedeutet unter anderem:

• Du erstellst Dashboards und Reports mit Qlik Sense und entwickelst sie weiter
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
• Du unterstützt bei der Integration und Aufbereitung von Daten aus Systemen wie AMS (Assfinet) und DATEV
• Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung von strukturierten und performanten Datenmodellen mit (z. B. klare KPI-Logiken, Vermeidung von Redundanzen)
• Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Prozesse (Datenladeprozesse, Reporting, Verteilung von Berichten, Einbinden von Writeback-Lösungen)
• Du gestaltest unsere BI-Landschaft aktiv mit und entwickelst sie weiter

Qualifikation

• Du hast einen Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich (alternativ: relevante Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Daten-/BI-Umfeld)
• Du hast idealerweise schon Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versicherungswesen, Controlling oder Business Intelligence
• Du bist denkst analytisch und gehst strukturiert an Daten heran
• Du kommunizierst offen und kannst komplexe Inhalte auch fachfremden Kolleg:innen verständlich machen
• Du bringst betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse mit und beherrscht Office 365 sicher – Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Business Intelligence Software (z. B. Qlik Sense, Power BI, Jedox) und Datenbanken sind wünschenswert
• Du bist interessiert an der Weiterentwicklung von BI-Lösungen und Innovationen im Bereich der Datenanalyse
