Du startest im operativen Customer Support, um unsere SaaS-Lösung, unsere Kunden und unsere Prozesse im Detail kennenzulernen. Auf dieser Basis entwickelst du dich Schritt für Schritt in Richtung Customer Success Manager weiter.
Aufgaben
Unser Ziel ist es, Customer Success Manager bevorzugt intern aus dem Support heraus aufzubauen.
Phase 1 (~12 Monate): Produkt meistern
- Du arbeitest im 1st und 2nd Level Support und bearbeitest Kundenanfragen strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du wirst Produktexperte für unsere Cloud-Software im Bereich Carsharing und Flottenmanagement
Phase 2: Verantwortung übernehmen
- Nach erfolgreicher Support-Phase übernimmst du schrittweise eigene Bestandskunden
- Du begleitest Onboardings und Schulungen
- Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale bei Kunden und unterstützt bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Accounts
Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im Support, SaaS-Umfeld oder in einer kundenorientierten Rolle
- Technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, Software im Detail zu durchdringen
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Motivation, dich langfristig in Richtung Customer Success zu entwickeln
