Unser SEVEST Team besteht aus sehr erfahrenen Beteiligungsmanagern mit langer Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld und einem erfolgreichen Investment-Track-Record, der insbesondere durch einen aktiven Wertsteigerungsansatz bei den Portfoliogesellschaften gekennzeichnet ist. Wir investieren in Marktführer und Hidden Champions in der DACH-Region, mit besonderem Fokus auf Industrie- und industrienahe Technologieunternehmen, welche z.B. durch ihre Technologie den Energiewandel und die Reduzierung des CO2 Ausstoßes ermöglichen, sowie Unternehmen aus den Dienstleistungs- und Software-Sektoren.

Aufgaben

• Du begleitest und koordinierst Compliance-Themen (u. a. AIFMD, Geldwäscheprävention, BaFin-Meldungen, interne Richtlinien)
• Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung diverser Reportings (Abschlüsse, Budget, ESG, Geldwäsche, etc.)Du prüfst und rechnest die Reisekosten ab und stellst die korrekte Zuordnung zu Kostenstellen sicher
• Du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen, erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen und stellst die Ablage und Übertragung anden Steuerberater sicher
• Du verwaltest die Bank, bereitest Zahlläufe vor und prüfst diese
• Du unterstützt bei Recherchen, Corporate Governance oder auch Präsentationen
• Du stellst die ordnungsgemäße Ablage und notwendige Dokumentationen sicher
• Wichtig ist: Bei aller Verantwortung für spannende Themen ist es für Dich selbstverständlich, dass im kleinen Team alle mit anpacken – auch bei organisatorischen Themen im Alltag
• Perspektivisch hast du die Möglichkeit, dich weiterzuentwickeln und – je nach Interesse und Erfahrung – eigene Teilbereiche im CFO-Office zu übernehmen (z. B. Controlling, Compliance, ESG etc.)

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildungoder Studium (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsrecht o. ä.)
• Idealerweise zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung, Beteiligungs-oder Private-Equity-Gesellschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit Bezug zu Controlling und Compliance Themen
• Du hast hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen
• Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bankenportalen, und gern auch PowerBI
• Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Du hast Freude daran, Strukturen zu schaffen und Ordnung nachhaltig sicherzustellen
• Du bist präzise und achtest auch bei den letzten 20% auf Genauigkeit und Details
• Auch ohne genaue Vorgabe kannst Du selbstständig priorisieren und handeln
