PROCONCEPT Sales ist eine Agentur für Promotion und Markenaktivierung in Köln. Wir bringen Marken dorthin, wo Menschen sie erleben – am POS, auf Events, bei Roadshows oder Promotions. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine*n (Junior) Account Manager (m/w/d), der/die Projekte zuverlässig steuert, Teams koordiniert und für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sorgt.
Aufgaben
- Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Promotion- und Eventkampagnen
- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kund*innen während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
- Erstellung von Projektplänen, Timings und Kalkulationen
- Auswahl, Briefing und Koordination von Promotion- und Eventteams
- Steuerung und Betreuung der Teams vor Ort sowie Sicherstellung eines professionellen Ablaufs
- Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Partnern
- Budgetkontrolle und Reporting
- Qualitätssicherung und Nachbereitung der Projekte
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Marketing, BWL, Eventmanagement) oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketingkommunikation/Event
- Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, Event oder Promotion, idealerweise in einer Agentur
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent und souveräner Umgang mit parallelen Projekten
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kund*innen und Teams
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen vor Ort (bundesweit)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
