Aufgaben

• Verwaltung von Server- und Client-Systemen (Windows/Linux) sowie zugehöriger Infrastruktur wie Verzeichnisdienste, IP-Telefonie und E-Mail-Lösungen
• Betrieb und Überwachung von Backup-Systemen inkl. Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
• Steuerung externer IT-Projekte und Koordination mit Dienstleistern
• Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit und Absicherung aller IT-Systeme gegen externe Bedrohungen
• Wartung und Modernisierung von Netzwerkkomponenten, Aufbau von Testumgebungen sowie Pflege der eingesetzten Software
  Benutzersupport für Hard- und Software im täglichen Betrieb

Qualifikation

• Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. IT-Systemelektroniker oder vergleichbar)
• gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Windows Server (ab 2019) sowie neueren Serverplattformen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Client-Betriebssystemen (Windows und Linux)
• Erfahrung mit Verzeichnisdiensten (z. B. Active Directory), E-Mail-Systemen (z. B. MS Exchange), Terminaldiensten (z. B. MS Terminal Services) und Datenbanken (z. B. MS SQL Server)
• Solide Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, Router, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, Netzwerktopologien) sowie im Umgang mit MS Office
  Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Computerhardware und deren Wartung
• Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von ERP-Systemen (z. B. MS Dynamics NAV 2016) und Virtualisierungslösungen (z. B. Hyper-V, Proxmox) von Vorteil
• Grundkenntnisse in Skriptsprachen (z. B. PowerShell, Bash) wünschenswert
• Sprachliche Voraussetzungen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2–C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1–B2) in Wort und Schrift
