About This Role
Als IT-/Tech-Support & Technical Operations Specialist bist Du die technische Drehscheibe zwischen unseren Kund:innen, unserem Support-Team und der Produkt- & Entwicklungsabteilung.
Du überwachst und analysierst, wie unsere IoT-Lösungen im Feld laufen, unterstützt bei technischen Fragestellungen und stellst gleichzeitig sicher, dass unsere internen Teams optimal mit unseren digitalen Tools wie HubSpot oder Microsoft 365 arbeiten können.
Aufgaben
DEINE AUFGABEN
1. Technischer Support & Kundenerfolg (2nd Level)
- Analyse und Bewertung technischer Anfragen
- Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen und Empfehlungen für Kund:innen und interne Teams
- Unterstützung des Support-Teams bei der technischen Einordnung und Priorisierung von Fällen
- Dokumentation wiederkehrender Themen und Ableitung von Verbesserungen
- Aufbau und Pflege einer internen Wissensbasis mit technischen Insights
2. Technical Operations & Produktqualität
- Qualitäts- und Funktionsüberwachung unserer IoT-Geräteflotte
- Unterstützung beim Testen neuer Features, Firmware-Versionen und Produktverbesserungen
- Mitwirken beim Aufbau automatisierter Monitoring- und Qualitätsprozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produkt und Support
3. Interner IT-/Tool-Support & Systemadministration
- Administration und Optimierung unserer zentralen Tools (z. B. HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint/Outlook, interne Supportsysteme)
- Unterstützung des gesamten Teams bei technischen und toolbezogenen Fragen
- Verwaltung von Benutzerzugängen, Berechtigungen und Tool-Workflows
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen in unseren digitalen Arbeitsprozessen
Qualifikation
WAS DU MITBRINGST
- Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft 365 (z. B. Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook, Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung)
- Erfahrung in der Administration von Büro-IT (z. B. Nutzergeräte, Netzwerke, Tool-Zugänge, grundlegende IT-Security-Themen)
- Erfahrung im technischen Support und im Umgang mit Ticket- und Helpdesk-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot, JIRA, Linear)
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
