Aufgaben

• Analyse der IT-Systemlandschaft und Identifikation sinnvoller Einsatzmöglichkeiten für KI und Digitalisierung
• Einführung und Umsetzung praxisnaher KI-Lösungen zur Automatisierung und Optimierung interner Prozesse
• Prüfung von Systemen und Abläufen zur Reduzierung manueller Tätigkeiten und Steigerung der Effizienz
• Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Systemlandschaft
• Integration neuer Tools, Anwendungen und Schnittstellen in die vorhandene IT-Umgebung
• Übernahme klassischer Systemadministrationsaufgaben im Vertretungsfall, z. B. Support, Server- und Benutzerbetreuung

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, ein IT-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Interesse oder praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools, Automatisierungen und digitalen Lösungen
• Erfahrung im Betrieb, in der Weiterentwicklung oder Optimierung von IT-Infrastrukturen und Systemlandschaften
• Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Systemen, Active Directory und Microsoft-Umgebungen
• Technisches Verständnis für komplexe IT-Zusammenhänge sowie analytisches und vernetztes Denken
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
