Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von IT-(Teil-)Projekten sowie Beratung unserer Kunden in Hinblick auf unsere Services
• Betreuung der Bereiche Server, Storage, Netzwerk und IT-­Security sowie von Projekten im IT­-Admin-­Umfeld
• Installation und Administration von Microsoft Servern­ und Microsoft/Apple- Clientsysteme (physisch und virtuell) unserer Kunden sowie Analyse und Fehlerbehebung
• Konzeption und Pflege aller Dienste eines Windows-­Netzwerkes
• Auswahl, Beschaffung, Installation und Dokumentation der IT-­Systeme gemäß Kundenauftrag
• KEINE Helpdesk-Tätigkeiten (1st und 2nd Level), dafür haben wir ein zentrales Team

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Studium
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Systemadministrator (bestenfalls in einem IT­-Systemhaus)
• Mindestens gute Kenntnisse in der Microsoft 365 Umgebung
• Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN)
• Umfassende Erfahrungen in größeren IT-Umgebungen mit den gängigen Windows Server-und Clientbetriebssystemen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien von Hyper­V (oder VMware/Proxmox)
• Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Microsoft Cloud - Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Intune etc. wünschenswert
• Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit alternativen Betriebssystemen (z.B. Linux)
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, auch in Präsentationen gegenüber Kunden
• Ausgeprägte Service­ und Kundenorientierung
• Hohe Motivation, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten sowie Teamfähigkeit
