Als Projektkoordinator:in Banking-IT & Prozessautomation (m/w/d) beschäftigst du dich mit der fachlich-technischen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen in unterschiedlichen Projekten im Bereich der IT für Finanzdienstleister. Im Fokus stehen dabei moderne Banking-Funktionen für Endkunden, Prozessoptimierungen für Banken und Sparkassen. Dabei nimmst du auch aktiv Aufgaben bei der konzeptionellen und technischen Produktentwicklung wahr und arbeitest in einem Team mit Kollegeninnen und KundInnen (Remote), an unserem Firmensitz in Bremen oder aus dem Home-Office.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche und technische Abstimmung mit Kollegen im Thema ISP (Interne Service Plattform der Finanz Informatik) und Prozessautomation, inklusive eigenständiger Recherche
• Beratung und Austausch mit Teamleitung und Vertrieb bei anwendungsspezifischen Fragestellungen – sowohl mit als auch ohne Projektbezug
• Testmanagement und -durchführung: Planung und Koordination von Regression- und Progressionstests, Erstellung und Pflege von Testfällen und Anforderungen, Durchführung manueller Tests sowie Betreuung der Testumgebungen
• Analyse, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Testergebnissen
• Release- und Informationsmanagement: Steuerung der Release-Kommunikation in enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb und Teamkollegen
• Kundensupport (Second Level): Bearbeitung von Tickets, Begleitung von Abnahmen und Pilotierungen sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung dieser Prozesse
• Dokumentation: Pflege interner Fachkonzepte, Handbücher und weiterer Kundendokumentationen

Qualifikation

• Erste Erfahrungen im Umfeld von ISP/CITO und Kenntnisse im Kernbanksystem der Sparkassen sind von Vorteil
• Berufserfahrung in einer projektkoordinierenden Rolle sowie im Testing digitaler Lösungen
• Branchen-Know-how im Bereich Banken und Sparkassen wünschenswert
• Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Themen
• Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
