IT Operations Specialist ERP & eCommerce (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Professionelles IT-Management ist ein essenzieller Bestandteil funktionierender operativer Prozesse. Werden Sie als IT Operations Specialist ERP & eCommerce (m/w/x) Teil des Nette GmbH IT-Teams in Göttingen und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb der IT-Landschaft.

• IT-Support: Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesgeschäftes mittels Helpdesk / IT Support für Hard & Software, sowie für das angeschlossene ERP / LVS
• Reporting: AdHoc-Reporting via Oracle-SQL & ERP-Reporting-Engine
• Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Business Operations, sowie technische Schnittstelle zu unseren IT-Dienstleistern.
• Anforderungsmanagement: Analyse von Anforderungen und Transformation in technische IT-Konzepte
• Optimierung: Analyse und Ausschöpfung bestehender Optimierungspotentiale innerhalb der bestehenden IT-Landschaft
• Projektunterstützung: Umsetzung und Steuerung von einzelnen Projektzielen
• Dokumentation: Aktualisieren bestehender und erfassen neuer IT-Dokumentationen

Qualifikation

• **Ausbildung:**Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT oder nachweislich mehrjähriger Support von ERP/OMS/eCommerce Systemen bilden die Basis für diese Position.
• Technisches Know-how: Sie beherrschen sicher den Umgang mit MS Office sowie Windows-Betriebssystemen. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Oracle SQL sowie allgemeine Hardware- und Softwarekenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab. Erfahrungen im eCommerce Umfeld sind sehr willkommen. Schnittstellen und deren Definitionen sind Ihnen nicht unbekannt. Erste Berührungspunkte mit Shop-Systemen und deren Pflege sind von Vorteil.
• Arbeitsweise: Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, IT-Affinität und Technikverständnis, gepaart mit einer Can-Do-Mentalität und lösungsorientiertem Denken zeichnen Sie ebenso aus, wie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Soft Skills: Als Teamplayer haben Sie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und überzeugen durch ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
