Aufgaben

• Administration und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur sowie der Windows-Systemlandschaft
• Betrieb und Management zentraler Server, Systeme und Unternehmensanwendungen
• Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer technischer Lösungen im Team
• Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit, Systemstabilität und Verfügbarkeit in On-Premises- und Cloud-Umgebungen
• Überwachung, Analyse und Störungsbehebung inklusive Fehleranalyse sowie kontinuierlicher Optimierung der Systeme
• Automatisierung und Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen sowie Erstellung und Pflege technischer System- und Prozessdokumentationen

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Server- und Microsoft-Infrastrukturen in komplexen IT-Umgebungen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, insbesondere Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive und Microsoft Purview im Unternehmensumfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Active Directory sowie Netzwerkdiensten wie DNS, DHCP und PKI
• Kenntnisse in Microsoft SQL Server, IT-Projektmanagement oder Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit PowerShell zur Automatisierung von administrativen Aufgaben und Prozessen
• Erfahrung in IT-Security und Cloud-Umgebungen (On-Premises und Cloud) sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
