Aufgaben

• Proaktive Recherche potenzieller neuer Standorte für Studio Natura (High Street, Verkehrsknotenpunkte, Frequenzlagen) - inkl. Off-Market Akquise.
• Kommunikation mit Immobilienmaklern und Eigentümern zur Standortentwicklung.
• Durchführung von Standortanalysen inkl. Frequenz, Lagequalität, Wettbewerb und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
• Aufbereitung von Standortanalysen, Business Cases und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

• AI Kenntnise sind vorrausgesetzt (Claude).
• Du bist immatrikuliert in einem relevanten Studiengang wie Wirtschaft, Architektur, Immobilienmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.
• Du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie / Hospitaltity.
• Du bist kommunikativ stark und kannst sowohl im Team als auch eigenständig arbeiten.
• Du bist hands-on und setzt eigene Projekte um.
• Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
