Der Founders Bay Impact Accelerator ist ein intensives, sechsmonatiges Vollzeitprogramm für Startup-Teams, das zweimal im Jahr stattfindet. Als Pioniere in der Förderung von Startups auch abseits der großen Metropolen und ländlichen Regionen steigen wir in den frühen Phasen ein - ideal für Teams, die bereits mehr als ein Konzept oder einen Prototypen haben.

Aufgaben

Du willst nicht Kaffee kochen – du willst den Dealflow-Motor für einen echten Accelerator mitbauen. Mit AI, mit Startup-Instinkt und dem Blick für GründerInnen, die außerhalb der Bubble entstehen.

Unsere Nische ist der ländliche Raum. Das ist keine Einschränkung – das ist unser Edge. Startups dort zu finden bedeutet: anders denken, anders suchen, anders bewerten. Dein Praktikum wird alles andere als Standard sein.

Was du bei uns machst

Startup Scouting & Recherche

Du findest Startups, die noch niemand kennt – im ländlichen Raum, abseits der üblichen Plattformen. Du entwickelst ein Gespür dafür, wo spannende Gründerteams entstehen.

• Aktive Recherche über LinkedIn, lokale Netzwerke, Hochschulen, Förderprogramme und Events
• Identifikation geeigneter Startups anhand unserer Programmkriterien

Kommunikation & Beziehungsaufbau

Du bist eines der ersten Gesichter von Founders Bay für viele Gründerinnen und Gründer. Du gehst aktiv auf sie zu, führst Erstgespräche und begleitest sie durch den Bewerbungsprozess.

• Erstkontakt und Outreach per Mail, LinkedIn, etc. – auch auf Kaltakquise-Basis
• Führen von Erstgesprächen und Qualifikations-Calls mit Gründerteams
• Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu relevanten Gründer-Communities und lokalen Netzwerken

Dealflow-Prozess & Screening

Du strukturierst den Bewerbungseingang und hilfst dabei, den Überblick zu behalten – wer passt, wer nicht, und warum.

• Bewertung und Vorqualifikation eingehender Bewerbungen nach klaren Kriterien
• Pflege und Dokumentation im CRM (Notion / Airtable)

Automatisierung – gemeinsam mit uns

Wir wollen den Dealflow-Prozess schrittweise mit AI automatisieren – und du baust das mit uns auf. Du musst kein Entwickler sein, aber Neugier und Lernbereitschaft sind Pflicht.

• Gemeinsamer Aufbau von Scouting- und Screening-Workflows mit Tools wie Make, n8n oder Clay
• Einsatz von LLMs (z.B. Claude) zur Unterstützung von Recherche und Analyse

Qualifikation

• Du bist an einer Hochschule als immatrikulierter Student eingeschrieben und/oder hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in wachstumsstarken Startups oder anderen leistungsstarken Umfeldern wie Strategieberatungen, Investmentbanken oder im Bereich Venture Capital gesammelt.
• Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Impact-Trends, Innovationen und Technologien.
• Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß daran, auf fremde Menschen zuzugehen – auch ohne warme Intro.
• Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und bist dabei hochgradig ergebnisorientiert.
• Erfahrung mit Tools wie Claude, Perplexity, Make / n8n, Notion, Slack.
• Affinität zu Impact-Themen, Innovationen und ländlichem Raum von Vorteil.
