Für ein Kundenunternehmen suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen Ingenieur (m/w/d) Versorgung / Infrastruktur.

Die Rolle verbindet technische Infrastruktur, Projektsteuerung und betriebliche Versorgungssicherheit. Sie arbeiten an Themen, die im Hintergrund laufen müssen, damit vorne überhaupt produziert werden kann.

Aufgaben

• Optimierung und Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs versorgungstechnischer Anlagen und technischer Infrastruktur, etwa Heizwärme-, Wasser- und Abwasseranlagen
• Projekt- oder Teilprojektleitung von Neu- und Umbauprojekten inklusive Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter
• Beratung von Produktionsbereichen bei komplexen Umbauten und versorgungstechnischen Fragestellungen
• Planung und Veranlassung von Modernisierungsmaßnahmen unter Beachtung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Termin- und Qualitätszielen
• Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungskonzepten zur Verbesserung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
• Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchungen sowie Erstellung von Projektaufträgen und Entscheidungsvorlagen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Versorgungstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Versorgungstechnik, Betriebstechnik oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung mit komplexen versorgungstechnischen Anlagen und idealerweise mit Projektleitung im technischen Umfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse einschlägiger Regelwerke wie HOAI, AHO und baunaher Vorgaben
• Sehr gute Strukturierungsfähigkeit, wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie sicheres Auftreten in Abstimmungsprozessen
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu berufsbezogener Weiterbildung sowie gelegentlichen Einsätzen im In- und Ausland

Rahmenbedingungen: 37,5 Stunden/Woche, Gleitzeit / Frühschicht, Einsatz im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Die Rolle ist passend für Personen, die technische Tiefe mit Projekt- und Koordinationsstärke verbinden und auch bei komplexen Umbauten den roten Faden behalten.
