Als HubSpot Consultant (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Kunden dabei, integrierte Sales- und Marketing-Systeme auf Basis der HubSpot Customer Platform aufzubauen und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgaben

• Implementierung, Konfiguration und Optimierung von HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub und Service Hub für unsere B2B-Kunden
• Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automations-Workflows entlang der gesamten Customer Journey – von der Lead-Generierung bis zum Customer Success
• Entwicklung von Kampagnen, Mailings, Formularen und Landingpages in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Content- und Design-Kollegen
• Aufbau und Optimierung von CRM-Strukturen, Lead-Scoring-Modellen und Attributions-Setups
• Erstellung und Auswertung von Dashboards und Reports sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Begleitung von Kunden-Onboardings und Durchführung von HubSpot-Trainings
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit der HubSpot Customer Platform
• Breite: Du denkst nicht nur in Marketingkanälen, sondern verstehst auch Sales- und Service-Prozesse und ihren Einfluss auf das Gesamtsystem
• Umsetzungsstärke: Du bringst Projekte zuverlässig und strukturiert zum Abschluss, auch wenn mehrere Kunden parallel laufen
• B2B-Verständnis: Du kennst die Welt von Software-, IT- und Beratungsunternehmen und weißt, worauf es dort ankommt
• Sprache: Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
