About This Role

To qualify for this position, you must meet one of the following Basic Requirements: Applicant must demonstrate at least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties: - Conducting internal audits to identify corrective actions for the improvement of a Human Resources (HR) program or organization - Developing strategic plans for the completion of HR accountability audits - Developing policies or standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with established HR regulations - Evaluating audit findings to develop plans for implementing corrective actions IDEAL CANDIDATE: DE Certified individual with experience evaluating Human Capital programs and providing advisory and consultation services, including interpreting and analyzing laws, regulations, and policies concerning agency in the following HR functional areas: Recruitment and Placement, Staffing, HR Policy Development, Data Analysis, and/or Accountability. The work has special significance for the success of the agency and the granting or revoking of Agency-level delegations from the Office of Personnel Management.
