Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Hochtechnologieunternehmen aus der Luftfahrt- und Industriebranche, suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen HR Operations & Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) am Standort Norderstedt.

In dieser Rolle geht es um weit mehr als Personaladministration nach Schema F. Gesucht wird eine zuverlässige, genaue und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die Payroll, HR-Prozesse und operative Personalarbeit sicher zusammenbringt.

Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen vorbereitende Aufgaben in der Gehaltsabrechnung und arbeiten dabei eng mit externen Payroll-Partnern in Deutschland und Österreich zusammen.

Als Ansprechpartner im HR Operations Umfeld unterstützen Sie Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei administrativen Personalfragen. Dazu gehören unter anderem Vertragsmanagement, Personalstammdaten, Zeiterfassungsthemen sowie die Überwachung und Optimierung relevanter HR-Systeme und Prozesse.

Auch Jahresabschlussaktivitäten im Personalbereich gehören zu Ihrem Aufgabenfeld. Sie betreuen Mitarbeiteraktienpläne, führen interne HR Controls durch und sorgen dafür, dass Prozesse sauber, nachvollziehbar und rechtssicher laufen.

Kurz gesagt: Sie sind eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Payroll, HR Administration, Systemen, Mitarbeitenden und externen Partnern. Oder etwas weniger trocken formuliert: Ohne Sie läuft der HR-Motor nicht rund.

Qualifikation

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Wichtig ist mehrjährige Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Gehaltsabrechnung oder in einer vergleichbaren Payroll-/HR-Operations-Funktion. Sie kennen sich gut mit deutschem Lohnsteuer-, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht aus und bringen ein gutes Verständnis für administrative HR-Prozesse mit.

Im Umgang mit gängiger HR-Software sind Sie sicher. Erfahrung mit SAP, Hansalog oder vergleichbaren Systemen ist von Vorteil. Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie ein routinierter Umgang mit Office 365 gehören ebenfalls dazu.

Da das Umfeld international ist, benötigen Sie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Genauigkeit, Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und eine klare, freundliche Kommunikation. Analytisches Denken und ein gutes Gespür für datenbasierte Entscheidungen runden Ihr Profil ab.
