HOUSING MANAGER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting housing regulations, policies, requirements and procedures to oversee property management of housing facilities and infrastructure (e.g. occupancy, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources); 2) Providing technical guidance and support for the development and execution of a variety of contracts for the maintenance, repair, improvement and operation of all housing related facilities; 3) Developing housing management plans and procedures; and 4) Applying budget/funds management principles, practices and regulations in all aspects of family housing programs.
