• Du verantwortest den Bereich Operations Intelligence & Enablement und entwickelst die Daten-, Automatisierungs- und Prozessbasis weiter, mit der unser Operations Team effizienter skalieren und bessere Entscheidungen treffen kann.
• Du entwickelst KPI-Frameworks, Dashboards und Reporting-Standards für Support, Claims, Partner Operations und kommerzielle Schnittstellen. Dabei sorgst du für mehr Transparenz, bessere Steuerbarkeit und messbaren Business Impact.
• Du identifizierst Potenziale für Automatisierung und AI im operativen Alltag und übersetzt konkrete Business-Herausforderungen gemeinsam mit Product & Tech in skalierbare Lösungen.
• Du stärkst Datenqualität, Data Governance und Echtzeit-Transparenz über CRM-, Policy- und operative Systeme hinweg.
• Du bist strategische:r Sparringspartner:in für (COO) und relevante Stakeholder und bereitest operative Erkenntnisse so auf, dass daraus klare Entscheidungen und Prioritäten entstehen.
• Du etablierst Feedback-Loops zwischen Operations, Product, Marketing und Service, damit Erkenntnisse aus Claims, Support, Partnern und Kund:innen systematisch in Verbesserungen einfließen.

• Du bringst Erfahrung aus Consulting, der Versicherungsbranche oder datengetriebenen Operations mit und möchtest nun nicht nur Projekte steuern, sondern einen eigenen Verantwortungsbereich fachlich aufbauen, weiterentwickeln und prägen.
• Besonders spannend sind Profile aus Management Consulting, Operations Consulting, Digital Transformation, Insurance Consulting, Analytics, Versicherungen oder InsurTechs.
• Du hast in Beratungsprojekten oder Inhouse-Rollen komplexe Projekte oder Workstreams gesteuert und dabei Verantwortung für Ergebnisse, Stakeholder und Umsetzung übernommen.
• Du weißt, wie man KPI-Frameworks, Dashboards und Reporting-Strukturen baut, die Teams wirklich nutzen, zum Beispiel mit Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, HubSpot oder vergleichbaren Tools.
• Du verstehst CRM-Systeme und operative Toolstacks, idealerweise HubSpot, Salesforce oder ähnliche Systeme, und weißt, wie Workflows, Daten, Reporting und Kommunikation zusammenspielen.
• Du arbeitest sicher mit Product- und Tech-Teams zusammen, kannst Business-Anforderungen in System-, Automatisierungs- oder Integrationsanforderungen übersetzen und bringst Neugier für AI-basierte Lösungen mit.
