Als Head of Marketing (w/m/d) bei der tecRacer Germany GmbH übernimmst du die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Bereich Marketing & PR. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung, den Business Units sowie Sales zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Marketing messbar zum Unternehmenswachstum beiträgt.

Diese Rolle ist ausdrücklich keine reine Strategieposition. Sie verbindet klare Positionierung, Demand Generation und Thought Leadership mit operativer Exzellenz und Teamführung. Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst datenbasiert und hast den Anspruch, Marke, Pipeline und Marktpräsenz konsequent weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

Strategie, Marke & Positionierung

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Marketing-, Kommunikations- und PR-Strategie
• Klare Positionierung von tecRacer als führender Cloud- und AWS-Partner
• Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts über alle Kanäle hinweg
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Business Units zur Ableitung strategischer Marketingziele

Demand Generation & Umsatzwachstum

• Gesamtverantwortung für Demand Generation entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
• Planung und Steuerung integrierter Kampagnen mit klarem Fokus auf Pipeline- und Umsatzwirkung
• Enge Verzahnung von Marketing und Sales (ICP-Definition, Kampagnenpriorisierung, Lead-Übergaben)
• Perspektivischer Aufbau und Skalierung von Account-Based-Marketing-Ansätzen für strategische Zielkunden

Thought Leadership, PR & Sichtbarkeit

• Strategischer Ausbau der Thought-Leadership-Positionierung
• Platzierung von Expert:innen in Fachmedien, auf Events und Konferenzen
• Entwicklung hochwertiger Content-Formate (Whitepaper, Studien, Fachartikel, Speaker-Slots)
• Steuerung externer PR-Partner und Agenturen

Digital, Website & Performance

• Weiterentwicklung der Website als zentraler Kanal für Positionierung und Demand Generation
• Nutzung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen zur Optimierung von Messaging und Kampagnen
• Steuerung externer Dienstleister zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Content, Struktur und Performance

Team, Budget & Organisation

• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Marketing-Teams
• Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Priorisierung und effizienten Ressourceneinsatz
• Aufbau skalierbarer Marketingprozesse und klarer KPI-Strukturen

Stellenanforderungen

Must-have

• 8–10 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im Tech-, Cloud- oder Consulting-Umfeld
• Nachweisbare Erfolge in Demand Generation und marketinggetriebenem Wachstum
• Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Sales-Organisationen
• Strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Agenturen und internationaler Kampagnen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1), Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar

Nice-to-have

• Erfahrung im AWS-, Cloud- oder IT-Consulting-Umfeld
• Aufbau von Account-Based-Marketing-Programmen
