Du baust unsere Growth-Engine. Nicht als Dienstleister für Kampagnen, sondern als strategischer Treiber unserer Nutzer- und Praxisakquise. Du denkst in Funnels, nicht in Kanälen. Du misst in Pipeline, nicht in Impressions.

Was du machst

Du verantwortest die gesamte Demand Generation – von Awareness bis Conversion, B2C (Endnutzer) und B2B (Arztpraxen). Du konzipierst und steuerst Mobile-First-Funnels, Performance-Kampagnen und Product-Led-Growth-Mechaniken. Du baust skalierbare Akquise-Systeme mit starkem Fokus auf Automation und datengetriebene Iteration. Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung an Go-to-Market-Strategie und Kanalarchitektur. Du steuerst externe Partner und Freelancer – lean, effizient, ergebnisorientiert.

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau von Inbound-Pipelines, idealerweise von fünf- auf sechs- oder siebenstellig. Tiefes Verständnis für Demand Generation, Funnel-Architektur und Conversion-Optimierung. Hands-on-Erfahrung mit LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads oder vergleichbaren Performance-Kanälen mit signifikantem Budget. Product-Led-Growth ist kein Buzzword für dich, sondern gelebte Praxis. Erfahrung mit Productized Services, SaaS oder Subscription-Modellen. Du denkst in Systemen, nicht in Einzelmaßnahmen. Deutsch und Englisch fließend.

Nice to have

Erfahrung im HealthTech- oder MedTech-Umfeld. Eigene Gründungserfahrung oder Agency-Background. Weiterbildung bei Reforge, Demand Curve oder vergleichbar.
