Sie sind Architekt, Förderer und Betreiber des Unternehmens Business Systems. Damit legen sie auch die innerbetrieblichen Regeln und Prozesse für herausragende Leistungen durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung fest. In dieser Position sind sie verantwortlich für die Verankerung einer Kultur disziplinierter Problemlösung, operativer Exzellenz und entsprechender strategischen Umsetzung in allen Funktionen und Ebenen des Unternehmens.

Aufgaben

Etablieren eines Unternehmens-Business Systems als Vorgabe für die operativen Prozesse des Unternehmens. Ziel ist es Leistung sichtbar, vorhersehbar und präzise steuerbar zu machen und das Führungsteam, durch standardisierte Managementprozesse zu befähigen und führen zu können. Schaffen einer sich selbst verstärkenden Verbesserungskultur, die mit messbaren Geschäftsergebnissen verknüpft ist. Sicherstellen, dass das System mit Wachstum und Akquisitionen skalierbar und unabhängig von einzelnen Mitarbeitern ist. Die integrierte Sammlung von Tools, Prozessen, Führungsverhaltensweisen und kulturellen Normen, die die Leistung fördern, definieren, dokumentieren und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

Strategieumsetzung (Hoshin Kanri) implementieren. Den Strategieumsetzungsprozess leiten und die strategischen Prioritäten des Unternehmens in Jahresziele, Quartalsinitiativen und messbare Teamziele übersetzen.

Abweichungsmanagement und Ursachenanalyse. Eine unabdingbare Routine für den Umgang mit Abweichungen etablieren, um diese frühzeitig zu erkennen, schnell zu eskalieren und dauerhaft zu lösen.

Kaizen und schnelle Verbesserung vorantreiben. Ein unternehmensweites Kaizen-Eventprogramm konzipieren und leiten, das auf die wirkungsvollsten Wertströme, Prozesse und Funktionen abzielt.

High-Visibility-Kaizen-Events persönlich leiten.

Problemlösungskompetenz fördern. Strukturierte Problemlösungsmethoden (5-W-Methode, A3-Denken, 8D-Zyklus, PDCA-Zyklus, Ursachenanalyse) unternehmensweit einführen und standardisieren.

Eine Kultur schaffen, in der Probleme schnell erkannt, gründlich analysiert und dauerhaft gelöst werden.

Visuelles Management & Systeme für das Tagesmanagement implementieren.

Führungskräfteschulung. Kompetenzen aufbauen & Kulturwandel gestalten.

Verantwortung für finanzielle & operative Auswirkungen übernehmen.

M&A-Integration unterstützen.

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften.

Formale Lean-/CI-Schulung und/oder -Zertifizierung.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Positionen mit Schwerpunkt auf kontinuierlicher Verbesserung, operativer Exzellenz oder Lean-Transformation.

Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Implementierung eines Geschäftssystems oder Lean-Betriebssystems im großen Maßstab – idealerweise in einem Unternehmen mit einer etablierten Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (z. B. Danaher, Fortive, Illinois Tool Works, Toyota).

Erfolgreiche Bilanz in der nachhaltigen Leistungsverbesserung mit Bezug zu den finanziellen Ergebnissen

Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und direktem Kontakt zum CEO. Fundierte Expertise in Methoden und Tools der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Lean-Management: 5-W-Methode, Hoshin Kanri, Wertstromanalyse, Kaizen, A3, PDCA, 8D, Standardisierte Arbeitsabläufe, 5S, TPM, SMED, Fehlervermeidung, Pull-Systeme.

Erfahrung in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Fertigung oder in komplexen B2B-Umgebungen

Erfahrung in der Leitung von Kaizen-Events, nicht nur als Sponsor.

Erfahrung in der M&A-Integration ist ein deutliches Plus.
