Wir suchen einen Hardware Systems/Integration Lead (m/w/d), der die Verantwortung für unsere Hardware-Initiativen übernimmt – von der strategischen Planung über die Integration und den Aufbau neuer Systeme bis hin zur Lieferantensteuerung. Du bist technisch vielseitig, denkst systemisch und liebst es, Projekte von der Idee bis zur Serienreife zu begleiten? Aufgaben

• Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Hardware-Integrationsplänen
• Aufbau, Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Hardware-Systemen – intern und beim Kunden vor Ort
• Lieferanten-Management: Auswahl, Koordination und Entwicklung von Hardware-Lieferanten
• Beschaffungs-Management: Beschaffung von Komponenten, Material- und Teileplanung, Kostenoptimierung
• Leitung der Systemintegration, Tests und Qualitätskontrollen
• Verantwortung für die Industrialisierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Hardware-Lösungen
• Schnittstelle zwischen Hardware, Vertrieb und Business Development – du übersetzt Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
• Optimierung unserer Beschaffungs- und Fertigungsprozesse

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ausbildung in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau o. ä. – oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Hardware-Engineering, idealerweise mit Projektleitung, Lieferantenmanagement und Beschaffungs-Management
• Erfahrung in der Integration komplexer Systeme und in der Koordination von Setups vor Ort
• Kenntnisse in CAD/3D-Modellierung (z. B. SolidWorks), Fertigungstechnologien und 3D-Druck
• Fähigkeit, technische Dokumentationen (z.B. E-Pläne, R+I Pläne) zu erstellen, zu lesen und in Projekte umzusetzen
• Hands-on-Mentalität, gepaart mit strategischem Denken
• Teamplayer in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
• Führerschein Klasse B
