Worum geht’s?

Du übernimmst Schritt für Schritt die operative Verantwortung für unsere Hardware – von der Hardware-Weiterentwicklung und Produktsicherheit bis zur Produktionsplanung über das After-Sales. Aktuell liegen diese Themen bei den Gründern; du arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern zusammen, wirst eingearbeitet und übernimmst sukzessive die Verantwortung.

Die Rolle ist breit angelegt – kein klassischer „Hardware Engineer“ am CAD, sondern eine Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Kunden, Entwicklung und Team. Du bringst dich aktiv ein, entwickelst Konzepte mit und bewertest, was technisch sinnvoll ist – die Detail-Umsetzung machen andere. Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Produktionsplanung & Einkauf – Du planst die Hardware-Produktion, koordinierst Komponenten-Einkauf und Lieferanten und sorgst dafür, dass die Geräte rechtzeitig fertig werden.
• After-Sales & Kundenbetreuung – Du bist die deutschsprachige Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bei Hardware-Themen – von der Planung bis zur technischen Klärung.
• Hardware-Entwicklung & Customizing – Du arbeitest aktiv mit: Du entwickelst Konzepte für neue Produkte und kundenspezifische Anpassungen, bewertest technische Lösungsansätze auf ihre Sinnhaftigkeit und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit unserem Team. CAD und Detail-Engineering musst du nicht selbst beherrschen – wichtig ist, dass du verstehst, was technisch funktioniert und was nicht.
• Infrastruktur-Umbauten – Du planst und koordinierst Umbauten in unseren Räumlichkeiten und unserer Werkstatt.
• Team-Lead Hardware – Du führst unser Hardware-Team in München, priorisierst Aufgaben und sorgst für effiziente Abläufe.
• Produktsicherheit – Du machst dich mit den relevanten Normen und der neuen EU-Maschinenverordnung vertraut und stellst sicher, dass unsere Geräte konform sind.

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst:

• erste Berufserfahrung im Hardware-, Maschinenbau-, Mechatronik- oder Robotics-Umfeld – z. B. nach Studium (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar).
• Technisches Verständnis & Konzeptdenken – Du musst kein CAD-Profi sein, aber du kannst Konzepte entwickeln, Lösungsansätze bewerten und erkennen, was technisch Sinn ergibt – und was nicht.
• Hands-on-Mentalität – du bist genauso im Lieferanten-Call wie in der Werkstatt zuhause.
• Strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise – du kannst priorisieren, wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig brennen, und behältst auch in phasenweise hektischen After-Sales-Wochen den Überblick.
• Lust auf Breite statt Tiefe in einem Thema – Produktion, Kunde, Entwicklung, Team, Compliance: alles dabei.
• Sehr gutes Deutsch (zwingend für Kundengespräche) und gutes Englisch• Plus, kein Muss: Vorerfahrung mit Maschinenrichtlinie und gängigen EU-Normen, erste Führungserfahrung (Werkstudenten, Praktikanten, Projektleitung).
