Aufgaben

• Du wertest Kundenfeedback, Retouren und Support-Anfragen systematisch aus – und übersetzt das in konkrete Verbesserungen an Produktauswahl, Beschreibungen und Prozessen.
• Du analysierst unser bestehendes Sortiment – was läuft, was nicht, und warum – und leitest daraus Empfehlungen für Produktentscheidungen ab.
• Du beobachtest den Markt: Wettbewerber, neue Modelle, Preisbewegungen, Förderrichtlinien – und hältst uns auf dem Laufenden.
• Du arbeitest an Produktseiten, technischen Beschreibungen und Vergleichsinhalten mit – mit Blick auf Verständlichkeit und Conversion.
• Du koordinierst zwischen Einkauf, Marketing und Technik – und sorgst dafür, dass neue Produkte sauber eingeführt werden.
• Du bringst eigene Produktideen ein – und verfolgst, was daraus wird.

Qualifikation

• Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktmanagement, Energietechnik oder etwas Vergleichbares – oder hast dir das Thema auf anderem Weg erarbeitet.
• Du denkst strukturiert: Was sind die Fakten? Was folgt daraus? Was empfiehlst du?
• Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktdaten, Marktrecherchen oder technischen Inhalten – ob im Studium, in Nebenprojekten oder im Job.
• Technisches Grundverständnis für Klimaanlagen oder Wärmepumpen – oder die echte Bereitschaft, es dir schnell anzueignen.
• Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Englisch für Lieferantenkommunikation von Vorteil.
• Nice to have: Kenntnisse in Excel/Sheets, PIM-Systemen oder E-Commerce-Backends (z. B. Shopify).
• Nice to have: Interesse an Energiewende, Förderung (BAFA, KfW) oder technischer Gebäudeausstattung.
