in 2025 vollzogen wurde. Das Printmagazin Q the magazine / Quality ist das Herzstück der komplexen Medienarbeit. Außergewöhnliche Berichte und Fotografien, großzügig präsentiert, mit einer opulenten Seitenzahl, kreieren eines der schönsten und designorientiertesten Print Magazine am deutschen und internationalen Markt. Doch auch die anderen Formate wie Webseite und diegroße Lifestyle-App, die in Kürze an den Markt kommt, gewinnen immer mehr an Relevanz.

Alle Formate sind Unisex und bieten über sämtliche Lebensbereiche hinweg, elf Rubriken von Fashion bis Food, die die Geschichte hinter der Geschichte erzählen und Optionen bester Lebensart offerieren.

Für den Ausbau unserer Print- und digitalen Präsenz suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt motivierte Unterstützung im Bereich Grafik.

Wir suchen Editorial-Design erfahrene Grafiker, die einen fundiertes Studium als Hintergrund haben. Kreativität, Interesse an modernstem Design, welches sensibel in das vorhandene CI integriert wird, sowie ein großes Wissen um den Umgang mit Schriften sind Voraussetzungen für eine guteZusammenarbeit. Deutsch als Muttersprache ist Voraussetzung, um Grafik und anspruchsvolle Texte miteinander gekonnt in Verbindung zu bringen.

Das kreative Team findet sich häufig an verschiedenen Standorten weltweit, und die jeweiligen Mitarbeiter bringen viel Input in die Gruppe, um die Inhalte und das Design eines international agierenden Medienunternehmens zu bereichern.

Aufgaben

Bildrecherche und Bildbearbeitung

Datenverwaltung

Mediengerechtes Verarbeiten von analogen und digitalen Daten zu Grafiken für unsere Print- und Online-Produkte

Grafische und gestalterische Umsetzung der von den Redakteurinnen und Redakteuren in Auftrag gegebenen Themen

Entwicklung von Gestaltungsideen unter Berücksichtigung moderner Storytelling-Ansätze in enger Kooperation mit dem Redaktionsteam

Grafische Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unserer Webportale und Apps

Überprüfung und Einhaltung von Layout-Standards

Organisation und Durchführung der Bildersuche im Redaktions-Content Management System

Reinzeichnungen und druckfertige Vorlagen erstellen

Qualifikation

Praktische Erfahrung mit der gestalterischen Entwicklung und Produktion eines Magazins

abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Grafik- und Kommunikationsdesign

Sicherer Umgang mit Photoshop CS5, InDesign CS5 und Illustrator CS5

Sicherer Umgang mit Mac

Gutes Gespür für Bildauswahl, Layout und Typografie
