Immobilien-Expertise brauchst du dafür nicht – die bringen wir dir bei. Was du mitbringen solltest, ist das Grundverständnis dafür, wie Menschen Entscheidungen treffen und was gutes Marketing von schlechtem unterscheidet.

Aufgaben

• Social Media Content: Visuelle Inhalte für Instagram, LinkedIn und unsere Website – Designs, die im Feed stoppen und in Erinnerung bleiben.
• Marketing-Material: Pitch-Decks, One-Pager, Kampagnengrafiken – alles, was unsere Marke nach vorne bringt.
• UX-optimierte Designs: Landing Pages, Newsletter, CTAs – klar, nutzerfreundlich und auf Performance ausgerichtet.
• Brand Consistency: Du arbeitest konsequent im Rahmen unseres Brand Guides (Logo, Farben, Typografie) und sorgst für ein einheitliches Markenbild über alle Kanäle.
• Iteratives Arbeiten: Feedback kommt direkt und klar – du setzt um, wir testen, wir optimieren gemeinsam.

Qualifikation

• Laufendes Studium in Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediengestaltung oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Tool-Kenntnisse: Canva (Pflicht), Adobe Photoshop und Illustrator – du weißt, wann welches Tool sinnvoll ist
• Marketing-Mindset: Du verstehst, dass Design kein Selbstzweck ist – Wirkung geht vor reiner Ästhetik
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe: Briefing rein, Design raus – du arbeitest iterativ statt perfektionistisch
• Eigenverantwortung: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben und bringst dich aktiv ein
• Portfolio: Zeig uns echte Arbeiten – Social Media, Webdesign, Marketing-Material. Keine Konzeptstudien, sondern Projekte, die du wirklich umgesetzt hast.
