NEOLYMP ist eine Berliner Fitnessmarke, die 2018 gegründet wurde. Wir entwickeln und vertreiben hochwertige Fitnessprodukte, von Klimmzugstangen über Fitnessbänder bis hin zu Walking-Pads auf Amazon und im eigenen Onlineshop.

Aktuell arbeiten wir in vielen Bereichen mit externen Dienstleistern. Unser Ziel ist es, die Grafik künftig intern abzubilden und diesen Bereich inhouse aufzubauen.

Als Grafikerdesigner (m/w/d) übernimmst du bei uns die komplette operative Grafikarbeit, bist Ansprechpartner für alle grafischen Themen und setzt Briefings aus Marketing und E-Commerce eigenständig um.

Du arbeitest alleine als Single-Contributor, ohne Teamverantwortung oder Personalführung. Es geht nicht darum, ein Team zu leiten, sondern darum, Aufgaben selbstständig umzusetzen und sauber abzuarbeiten.

Aufgaben

• Erstelle Amazon-Listings von A bis Z: Produktbilder, A+ Content und Grafik-Module für unsere Marktplatz-Präsenz.
• Nimm 3D-Renderings unserer Produkte und verwandle sie eigenständig in verkaufsstarke Grafiken.
• Erstellung von Werbeanzeigen-Creatives für Meta, Google und andere Performance-Kanäle.
• Entwickle Creatives mit KI-Tools wie Midjourney oder Firefly und verfeinere sie in Photoshop, Lightroom und Illustrator.
• Analysiere Wettbewerber und Zielgruppen, um Grafiken zu erstellen, die sich im Markt abheben.
• Baue Shop-Banner, Produktsektionen und Visuals für unseren Shopify-Store auf und halte sie aktuell.
• Stelle sicher, dass alle Grafiken, ob Amazon, Shopify oder Ads, einheitlich und markentreu wirken.

Qualifikation

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Bild- und Creative-Produktion (Midjourney, Freepik AI, Firefly o.ä.).
• Hohe KI-Affinität und Interesse, neue Tools und Methoden kontinuierlich zu testen.
• Erfahrung im E-Commerce (Amazon, Shopify) oder Performance Marketing.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator und Lightroom. Blender ist ein Plus!
• Starkes Verständnis für Conversion-Psychologie, Produktinszenierung und verkaufsstarke Gestaltung.
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, aus Briefings fertige Visual-Pakete zu produzieren.
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss!
