Als Grafikdesigner übernimmst du für unsere Kunden Aufgaben von der Konzeption der Content-Strategie über die Markt- und Produktanalyse bis hin zum kundenorientierten Design. Damit spielst du eine hoch relevante Rolle in deren Online Präsenz auf Amazon. Zudem setzt du parallel unsere internen Marketingstrategien im Employer Branding um.

Aufgaben

• Amazon-Design: Erstellung von visuellen Inhalten speziell für Amazon, darunter ansprechende Produktbilder, A+ Content, Werbebanner und Infografiken, die die Conversion-Rate maximieren.
• Markenidentität: Entwicklung und Pflege konsistenter Markenidentitäten für unsere Kunden auf Amazon durch kreatives Design und innovative Konzepte.
• Optimierung: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Management und Performance Marketing Team, um sicherzustellen, dass die Designs die strategischen Ziele auf Amazon unterstützen und die Sichtbarkeit erhöhen.
• Trendbeobachtung: Aktive Recherche von Designtrends und Best Practices speziell für Amazon, um stets frische und relevante Designs zu liefern.
• Feedback-Management: Umsetzung von Kundenfeedback und Anpassung von Designs entsprechend den Anforderungen und Wünschen der Kunden auf der Plattform.

Qualifikation

• Kreativität: Ausgeprägte kreative Fähigkeiten mit einem starken Portfolio, das deine gestalterische Vielfalt und speziell Amazon-relevante Designs zeigt.
• Technische Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit Grafikdesign-Software wie Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) und grundlegendes Verständnis von Webdesign.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, um Ideen und Konzepte klar zu präsentieren.
• Detailorientierung: Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Fähigkeit, qualitativ hochwertige Designs unter Einhaltung von Deadlines zu liefern.
• Marktplatzverständnis: Fundiertes Wissen über die Besonderheiten und Anforderungen von Amazon, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Gestaltung von Produktseiten und A+ Content.
