Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die unternehmerische Gesamtverantwortung für eine wesentliche Geschäftseinheit. Im Zentrum stehen profitables Wachstum, die nachhaltige Stärkung der Marktposition und die zukunftsgerichtete Weiterentwicklung von Organisation, Vertrieb und Prozessen. Strategie & Markt

Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer profitablen Wachstumsstrategie

Erschließung neuer Marktpotenziale, Geschäftsfelder und Anwendungsbereiche

Schärfung der Positionierung im Wettbewerbsumfeld der industriellen Automatisierung

Vertrieb & Kunden

Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Gewinnung neuer Key Accounts

Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsstrukturen, Partnernetzwerken und Go-to-Market-Ansätzen

Begleitung strategisch relevanter Kundenprojekte und Verhandlungen

Ergebnis & Operations

Steuerung der Einheit anhand klarer wirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen

Ergebnisverantwortung für Umsatz, Profitabilität und nachhaltige Entwicklung

Optimierung von Strukturen und Prozessen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette

Führung & Organisation

Führung und Entwicklung des Management-Teams und der Gesamtorganisation

Etablierung einer leistungsorientierten, wertschätzenden Führungskultur

Förderung von Talententwicklung, Nachfolge und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

Technologie & Innovation

Marktgerechte Weiterentwicklung des Lösungs- und Produktportfolios

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb

Bewertung technologischer Trends und Marktanforderungen

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit technischem Bezug (u.a. Elektrotechnik)

Nachweisbare Erfahrung in einer Geschäftsführungs- oder Geschäftseinheitsleitung mit voller Ergebnisverantwortung in einem technologiegetriebenen B2B-Umfeld

Fundierte Marktkenntnis der industriellen Automatisierung – etwa Steuerungs-, Antriebs- oder Motion-Technik, Factory Automation, Leistungselektronik oder industrielle Software

Erfahrung in der Führung innerhalb von Matrix- oder Gruppenstrukturen – Durchsetzungsstärke ohne ausschließlichen Liniendurchgriff

Ausgeprägte Vertriebsaffinität und nachweisbarer Track Record im B2B-Wachstum

Strategische Stärke gepaart mit operativer Umsetzungsnähe, Entscheidungsfreude und Pragmatismus
