Für die Region Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein suchen wir ab sofort einen Franchise Consultant (m/w/x).

Als Franchise Consultant (m/w/x) arbeitest du eng mit unseren Partner:innen zusammen und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Standorte operativ und wirtschaftlich optimal zu führen. Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Beratungs- und Betreuungskonzepte und begleitest Neueröffnungen. Zudem analysierst du Kennzahlen, um gezielte Maßnahmen zur Profitabilitätssteigerung umzusetzen.

• Beratung und Betreuung der Franchisepartner:innen in betriebswirtschaftlichen, operativen und administrativen Fragen
• Überprüfung der Einhaltung der Systemstandards und Begleitung von Neueröffnungen
• Analyse der betreuten Region zur Identifikation von Potentialen zur Rentabilitätssteigerung
• Organisation und Begleitung von Trainings für Franchisepartner:innen, Betriebsleitende und Mitarbeitende
• Teilnahme an Meetings, Netzwerkveranstaltungen und Franchise-Partner-Treffen

Das bringst Du mit…
• Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in der (System-)Gastronomie und Begeisterung für das Produkt Pizza
• Hohe Eigenmotivation, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationsgeschick
• Kontaktfreude, Kommunikationsstärke und diplomatisches Geschick
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Analysetools
• Hohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
• Gute Englischkenntnisse und ein Führerschein der Klasse B
