Aufgaben
Strategie & Business Development
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Investorengesprächen und Fundraising-Aktivitäten
• Erstellung und Pflege von Pitch Decks, Finanzmodellen und Investoren-Updates
• Recherche und Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Branchentrends im SportsTech Bereich
• Identifikation und Bewertung strategischer Partnerschaften (Clubs, Agenturen, Rehab
Zentren, Wearable-Anbieter)
Operations & Finance
• Aufbau und Optimierung interner Prozesse, Tools und Workflows in der Frühphase
• Unterstützung im Finanzmanagement: Budgetplanung, Reporting, KPI-Tracking
• Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern (Legal, Compliance, Accounting)
• Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung
Go-to-Market & Growth
• Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Athleten und Stakeholder
• Mitarbeit an Content-Strategie und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
• Aufbau und Pflege von CRM-Prozessen und Pipeline-Management
• Analyse und Optimierung von GTM-Kennzahlen und Conversion Rates
Projektmanagement
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt- und Tech-Team zur Priorisierung von Features
• Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Team-Meetings und strategischen Workshops
Qualifikation
Must-haves
• Leidenschaft für Sport, insbesondere Profisport und die Sportindustrie
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und starke Problemlösungskompetenz
• Strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit gesundem Pragmatismus
• Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, in einem frühphasigen
Startup mit anzupacken
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint und gängigen
Projektmanagement-Tools
Nice-to-haves
• Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, BI-Tools oder grundlegende technische Affinität
• Netzwerk im Sport-Ökosystem (Athleten, Agenten, Clubs, Coaches)
• Erfahrung mit Fundraising, Finanzmodellierung oder Investorenrelations
• Erfahrung in SaaS, Plattform-Geschäftsmodellen oder B2C-Produkten
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance, Sport Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung (1–3 Jahre) in Startup, Consulting, VC, Investment
