Deine Rolle

Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Gründern und dem CEO als verlässlicher Umsetzungspartner in den Bereichen Finance und strategische Planung. Du verwandelst Daten in Entscheidungen, bringst Struktur in unsere Finanzen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Finanzprozesse sauber und konsistent laufen. Wir suchen jemanden, der idealerweise so früh wie möglich einsteigen kann.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Pflege von Reporting-Strukturen, KPI-Dashboards und Budgetverfolgung
• Laufende Verantwortung für Cashflow-Planung und Liquiditätsmanagement – Ist-Zahlen im Blick behalten, Lücken frühzeitig erkennen, Gründer informiert halten
• Unterstützung bei Financial Modelling, Szenarioanalysen und Unit Economics im Rahmen strategischer Entscheidungen
• Aufbau von Forecasting-Prozessen und Unterstützung bei Budgetplanungszyklen
• Vorbereitung investorenreifer Unterlagen und Finanzzusammenfassungen
• Erste Anlaufstelle für finanzrelevante Fragen intern – Finance als aktiven Partner im Unternehmen verankern
• Übernahme operativer Aufgaben dort, wo Kapazität gebraucht wird – anpacken, ohne den strategischen Überblick zu verlieren

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Finance, Accounting, Mathematik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Finance, Consulting, bei einem VC-Fonds oder in einem VC-finanzierten Startup
• Solides Grundverständnis in Financial Modelling, Forecasting und datengetriebener Analyse
• Komfortabel im Umgang mit Unklarheiten – du strukturierst deine Arbeit selbst und kommst auch ohne enge Führung voran
• Analytische, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise – du erkennst Fehler und Inkonsistenzen, bevor sie zum Problem werden
• Kommunikationsstark – du übersetzt Zahlen in klare Botschaften, auch für Gesprächspartner ohne Finanzbackground
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

Nice to Have

• Berührungspunkte mit Cap-Table-Management oder equity-bezogenen Aktivitäten
• Erfahrung in der Begleitung oder Beobachtung von Fundraising-Prozessen, Investor Reporting oder Shareholder Communication
• Vertrautheit mit Due-Diligence-Prozessen und den Unterlagen, die VCs typischerweise anfordern
• Grundverständnis von VC-Deal-Mechanismen, Term Sheets oder Startup-Finanzierungsstrukturen
