Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung für verschiedene Gesellschaften
• Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weiteren steuerlichen Meldungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
• Ansprechpartner/in für steuerliche Fragestellungen sowie Korrespondenz mit Finanzbehörden
• Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Steuern

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise als Buchhalter/in oder Steuerfachangestellte/r
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DATEV und den rechtlichen Grundlagen der Buchhaltung
• Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und analytisches Denkvermögen
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
