Aufgaben

• Beratung und Unterstützung von Frauen und Familien bei der finanziellen Planung und Entscheidungsfindung
• Betreuung der Einführungsveranstaltungen + Vorstellung unserer Arbeit
• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Finanzstrategien mit uns zusammen, die auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Ziele der Kundinnen und Kunden abgestimmt sind
• Durchführung von Online-Seminaren und Workshops zu Themen der Finanzbildung und Anlageberatung
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Kommunikation und Follow-ups
• Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Anpassung an aktuelle Entwicklungen im Finanzsektor, um stets kompetente Beratung zu gewährleisten

Qualifikation

• Ehrlichkeit und der Drang Dinge wirklich verändern zu wollen
• Einsatzbereitschaft und klare Kommunikation (auch wenn Dinge schwierug werden)
• Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, gute Selbstorganisation insbesondere im Home-Office-Umfeld.
• Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden und an neuen Herausforderungen zu wachsen.
• Du scheust dich nicht mit Menschen in Kontakt zu treten, zu telefonieren und ihnen auch aktiv zuzuhören.
• Lust darauf, sich mit Unterstützung was eigenes aufzubauen - 2. Standbein neben dem Hauptberuf
