Deine Rolle:

Du hältst unseren Mandanten den Rücken frei – mit sauberer Buchführung, pünktlicher Lohnabrechnung und echter Vorarbeit für den Jahresabschluss. Schwerpunkt 50/50 Fibu und Lohn.

Aufgaben

• Finanzbuchhaltung für feste Mandanten (Fokus: Onlinehandel & Dienstleistung) – komplett digital über DATEV Unternehmen Online
• Lohnbuchhaltung inkl. Meldewesen und Bescheinigungswesen
• Vorbereitende Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten – Kontenabstimmung, Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen
• DATEV-Stammdatenpflege & digitale Belegverarbeitung
• Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern
• Mitdenken. Verbessern. Machen. Wie Du bei uns arbeitest:

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte/r, Buchhalter/in)
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Fibu und Lohn
• DATEV sicher im Griff – idealerweise inkl. Unternehmen Online
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Lust auf digitale Prozesse und Mandantenkontakt
