证券产品经理 岗位职责 一、需求管理与落地 采集、梳理内部美港股交易/清算/行情等系统的业务需求,输出标准化的需求文档(PRD/BRD),与外部供应商对接需求,推动业务方、技术方、供应商等多方协同落地。 对供应商交付的版本组织内部 UAT 验收,并独立完成产品自验收,确保功能、性能、合规性符合预期。 根据业务优先级与供应商产能,制定项目交付计划,跟踪里程碑,识别并管理项目风险,确保按时上线。 二、产品规划与迭代 跟踪美股、港股市场监管动态(SEC、FINRA、SFC、HKEX 等)及行业竞品(富途、老虎、盈透、华盛等)，密切收集业务侧需求，输出产品分析报告，持续规划产品功能。 负责所辖产品模块的全生命周期管理,包括产品规划、对接供应商和上线、运营数据复盘。 三、跨部门协作 与交易、风控、合规、清算、客服等业务部门紧密协作，平衡多方诉求，推动产品方案落地。 负责供应商管理,包括合作评估、SLA 制定、问题升级与例会跟进。 四、AI 赋能与效率提升 深度应用 AI 工具(如 Claude、ChatGPT、Cursor 等)及 AI Agent,提升需求文档撰写、测试用例生成、数据分析、跨…
