Als Financial Controlling Analyst (m/w/d) übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Reporting, in der Planung und in der Analyse.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

📊 Reporting & Analysen

• Erstellung von monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Reports (HGB/IFRS)
• Analyse von Finanzdaten inkl. Plausibilitäts- und Datenqualitätschecks
• Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Reporting-Prozessen
• Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
• Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
• Mitarbeit bei Budgetplanung und Forecasts
• Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen und Präsentationen für das Management
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Tools

🤝 Zusammenarbeit

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit EMEA-Teams und dem Shared Service Center
• Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Projekten
• Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Controlling-relevante Fragestellungen

📈 Monitoring

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von unternehmensweiten Richtlinien und Standards

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

🎓 Ausbildung & Erfahrung

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Controlling oder vergleichbar
  alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
• Idealerweise 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling

🧠 Fachliche & persönliche Kompetenzen

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel/Power-BI sowie Erfahrung mit SAP
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Accounting- und Controlling-Prozessen
• Fähigkeit, große Datenmengen zu analysieren und zu interpretieren
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Genauigkeit und Detailorientierung
• Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Eigeninitiative
• Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
