Aufgaben

Finanzcontrolling & Analyse

• Zahlen im Blick: Sie analysieren Kostenstrukturen, führen Profitabilitätsrechnungen sowie Nachkalkulationen durch und decken damit Optimierungspotenziale auf.
• KPIs & Reporting: Sie bereiten relevante Finanzkennzahlen (z. B. Working Capital, Cashflow) fundiert auf, führen Soll-Ist-Vergleiche durch und leiten daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
• Entscheidungsvorlagen: Für die Geschäftsführung erstellen Sie aussagekräftige Reports und strategische Entscheidungsvorlagen.

Planung & Abschlüsse

• Zukunftsgestaltung: Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Budgetierung, der Forecast-Erstellung sowie der integrierten Liquiditätsplanung.
• Abschlusssicherheit: Sie verantworten die ordnungsgemäße Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle (inkl. Abgrenzungen/Rückstellungen) und erstellen die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB.

Prozesse & Schnittstellen

• Prozessoptimierung: Sie treiben die Weiterentwicklung, Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer bestehenden Buchhaltungs- und Controllingprozesse voran.
• Schnittstellenfunktion: Sie agieren als zentrale, kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere externen Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater und bringen Ihre Expertise in bereichsübergreifende Projekte ein.

Qualifikation

Fachliche Qualifikation

• Fundierte Ausbildung: Sie haben ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling erfolgreich abgeschlossen, verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung: Sie blicken auf mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen oder im Controlling zurück und bewegen sich sicher im HGB-Umfeld.

IT & Systemkompetenz

• Tool-Sicherheit: Der Umgang mit gängigen ERP- und Reporting-Systemen gehört für Sie zum Alltag.
• Pluspunkt: Wenn Sie bereits Erfahrung mit DATEV mitbringen, ist das ein klares Plus (aber kein Kriterium, an dem es scheitert).
