Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Hochtechnologieunternehmen aus der Luftfahrt- und Industriebranche, suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen Financial Controller / HR Financial Controller (m/w/d) am Standort Norderstedt.

Die Rolle verbindet klassische Finanzkontrolle mit operativer Nähe, Reporting, KPI-Analysen und internationaler Zusammenarbeit. Gesucht wird keine reine Zahlenverwaltung, sondern eine analytisch starke Persönlichkeit, die Daten versteht, Zusammenhänge erkennt und daraus belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management und Fachbereiche ableitet.

Aufgaben

In dieser Position wirken Sie aktiv an den monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Finanzabschlüssen mit und sorgen dafür, dass Zahlen nicht nur korrekt, sondern auch aussagekräftig sind.

Sie erstellen Forecasts, Management-Reports und Ad-hoc-Analysen und unterstützen damit wichtige unternehmerische Entscheidungen über verschiedene Abteilungen hinweg. Dazu gehört auch die Analyse und Bewertung operativer sowie finanzieller KPIs, bei denen Daten in konkrete Erkenntnisse übersetzt werden.

Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt im Cashflow-Management: Sie unterstützen bei der Überwachung und Bearbeitung offener Forderungen und arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb sowie internen Schnittstellen zusammen, um internationale Zahlungs- und Inkassoprozesse professionell zu begleiten.

Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie Verantwortung im Kreditorenprozess und stellen sicher, dass dieser sicher, auditgerecht und ICS-konform abläuft. Auch im internen Kontrollsystem bringen Sie sich strukturiert ein und tragen dazu bei, Prozesse verlässlich und transparent zu halten.

Qualifikation

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Controlling oder über eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt.

Wichtig sind mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder in einer vergleichbaren Finanzfunktion, idealerweise in einem international ausgerichteten Unternehmen. Sie arbeiten strukturiert, analytisch und eigenverantwortlich und behalten auch dann den Überblick, wenn verschiedene Themen gleichzeitig auf dem Tisch landen.

Ein sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint wird vorausgesetzt. Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP FI/CO oder vergleichbaren Lösungen sowie Kenntnisse in BI-Tools wie Power BI oder SAP BO sind von Vorteil.

Da die Rolle international eingebunden ist, benötigen Sie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Persönlich passen Sie gut, wenn Sie kommunikationsstark, verbindlich und durchsetzungsfähig auftreten, ohne dabei den diplomatischen Bordfunk zu verlieren.
