Das ist deine Rolle:

• BI-Management: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere BI-Systeme. Von der Pflege über die Weiterentwicklung bis hin zur exzellenten Datenqualität liegt alles in deiner Hand.
• Strategisches Sparring: Du unterstützt unsere cross-funktionalen Teams proaktiv durch datenbasierte Analysen, lieferst klare Insights und leitest daraus direkt umsetzbare Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Gemeinsam mit dem Finance- und Leadership-Team erstellst und steuerst du Budgets sowie verlässliche (Produkt-) Forecasts.
• KPI-Tracking: Du entwickelst unsere KPI-Frameworks kontinuierlich weiter (z. B. Contribution Margin Tracking, Customer Retention Tracking) und sorgst für eine transparente Performance-Messung.
• Cashflow & Liquidität: Du wirkst an der rollierenden Cashflow-Planung mit und unterstützt die Sicherstellung unserer Liquidität.
• Controlling & Data Validation: Du führst Accounting- und BI-Abgleiche durch, stellst die Datenvalidität sicher und leitest aus Ad-hoc- sowie Abweichungsanalysen fundierte Insights für ein datengetriebenes Controlling ab.

Das bringst du mit

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich und bringst relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Financial Analysis, Controlling und BI mit.
• Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse und im Reporting (z. B. Excel, PowerBI). Erste Erfahrungen mit ERP- und E-Commerce Systemen (z. B. Odoo, Shopify) sind von Vorteil.
• Du vereinst tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Finanzmodelle, Cashflow und Bilanzlogik mit unternehmerischem Weitblick und triffst pragmatische, fundierte Entscheidungen.
• Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest strukturiert und bringst Eigeninitiative mit.
• Du hast bereits Erfahrung in schnell wachsenden Start-up- oder Scale-up-Umgebungen gesammelt und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Tempo wohl.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
