Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

• Analyse bestehender kaufmännischer, administrativer und operativer Abläufe im Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Reporting
• Identifikation von manuellen, repetitiven und papierbasierten Tätigkeiten im Finance Bereich
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einfacher, praxistauglicher Automatisierungen zur Entlastung der Fachbereiche
• Reduzierung von Papier, Doppelarbeit, manueller Datenerfassung und Medienbrüchen
• Verbindung verschiedener Systeme, Datenquellen und Workflows, insbesondere im ERP, Finance und Reporting Umfeld
• Nutzung moderner Tools wie Microsoft Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise sowie CRM und ERP Systeme
• Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen im ERP System, insbesondere Business Central / Navision
• Verbesserung und Standardisierung von Abläufen in Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten, Abrechnung und Monatsabschluss
• Aufbau digitaler Workflows für wiederkehrende kaufmännische Prozesse
• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Auswertungen, Reportings und Kennzahlen zur besseren Steuerung von Finance Prozessen
• Schnittstelle zwischen Finance, Controlling, operativen Einheiten, IT und externen Dienstleistern
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Tools, Softwarelösungen und digitaler Arbeitsweisen
• Dokumentation neuer Prozesse sowie Schulung und Unterstützung interner Anwender

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Finance Operations oder in kaufmännischen Prozessen
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten, Abrechnung, Monatsabschluss und Reporting
• Erfahrung in der Analyse, Verbesserung und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel
• Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision oder Business Central
• Erfahrung mit Reporting Tools wie JetReport, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Lösungen ist von Vorteil
• Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und modernen Tools zur Verbesserung kaufmännischer Abläufe
• Fähigkeit, kaufmännische Anforderungen klar zu strukturieren und in umsetzbare Lösungen zu übersetzen
• Eigenständige, genaue und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
• Freude daran, mit Fachbereichen zusammenzuarbeiten und operative Probleme wirklich zu lösen
• Hands on Mentalität und der Anspruch, Finance Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
