In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die operative Verantwortung für zentrale Finance-, Buchhaltungs- und Controlling-Aufgaben. Du kümmerst dich um Rechnungen, Zahlungsflüsse, Monatsabschlüsse, Belegmanagement, Reporting, Forecasts, Finance-Tools und Prozessoptimierungen. Kurz gesagt: Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Finance-Bereich zuverlässig läuft, sauber dokumentiert ist und mit unserem Wachstum skalierbar bleibt.

Du solltest Freude daran haben, nicht nur einzelne Teilaufgaben zu übernehmen, sondern den Finance-Bereich aktiv mitzugestalten, Verantwortung zu tragen und Themen eigenständig voranzubringen.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Erstellung, Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Ausgangsrechnungen
• Steuerung des Mahnwesens sowie Überwachung offener Forderungen
• Verbuchung und Kontrolle von Zahlungseingängen
• Durchführung und Kontrolle von Überweisungen über unsere Bankkonten
• Betreuung von Inkassofällen inklusive Abstimmung mit Inkasso-Partnern und gegebenenfalls Anwälten
• Bearbeitung von Kündigungen, Stornos und zahlungsrelevanten Kundenanfragen
• Betreuung des Finance-Postfachs sowie Bearbeitung eingehender physischer und digitaler Post
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses
• Unterstützung beim Jahresabschluss in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerbüro
• Sicherstellung einer vollständigen, strukturierten und nachvollziehbaren Belegablage in DATEV und Google Drive
• Abstimmung mit dem Steuerbüro zu buchhalterischen, steuerrelevanten und abrechnungsbezogenen Themen
• Pflege und Kontrolle buchhaltungsrelevanter Daten und Unterlagen
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Tools, unter anderem DATEV, sevDesk, Stripe, Salesforce und MOSS
• Verwaltung von MOSS sowie Sicherstellung einer korrekten und vollständigen Datenbasis
• Kontrolle von Abonnements, Zahlungsflüssen und Transaktionen über Stripe
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in unseren Finance-, Sales- und Reporting-Systemen
• Analyse von Finanzdaten, KPIs und operativen Kennzahlen
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Umsatz-, Provisions- und Deal-Reports, unter anderem in Smartsheet
• Unterstützung beim Forecasting in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Dashboards und Auswertungen
• Identifikation von Abweichungen, Risiken, Datenlücken und ineffizienten Prozessen
• Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen aus Finanzdaten und Prozessanalysen
• Optimierung von Abläufen zwischen Finance, Sales, Operations, Geschäftsführung und externen Partnern
• Entwicklung klarer Strukturen, Standards und Dokumentationen für wiederkehrende Finance-Prozesse

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Controlling, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Buchhaltung, Finance Operations oder Controlling
• Erfahrung mit Monatsabschlüssen sowie grundlegendes Verständnis von Jahresabschlüssen
• Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV sowie Google Workspace
• Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Reports, Dashboards und datenbasierten Analysen
• Technisches Verständnis für Tools, Datenstrukturen, Prozesse und Schnittstellen
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Tools wie sevDesk, Stripe, Salesforce, MOSS oder Smartsheet
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und sehr eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Fähigkeit, Probleme eigenständig zu erkennen, zu analysieren und pragmatische Lösungen umzusetzen
• Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Verantwortung für einen breiten Aufgabenbereich zu übernehmen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
