Finance & Operations Controlling mit Fokus auf Produktion, Performance und Business Partnering.

Für ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen suchen wir aktuell Verstärkung im Bereich Finance Controlling. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit Produktion und Management zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für Themen wie Kostenrechnung, Forecasting, Reporting und Produktionscontrolling.

Aufgaben

• Finance Business Partner für Produktion und Operations bei Themen rund um Kosten, Performance und Effizienz
• Durchführung und Moderation regelmäßiger Performance Reviews inkl. Ursachenanalysen und Maßnahmenverfolgung
• Analyse von Produktionsabweichungen sowie Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen und Reporting
• Verantwortung für produktionsbezogene KPIs sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Reporting-Prozesse
• Mitarbeit bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und mehrjähriger Planung (Kostenstellen, Produktkosten, Investitionen, Headcount)
• Unterstützung bei Produktkostenkalkulationen und Analyse von Kostentreibern
• Durchführung des Kostenstellencontrollings im Produktionsumfeld
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Management und angrenzenden Fachbereichen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Produktionscontrolling, Plant Controlling oder produktionsnahen Finanzumfeld
• Erfahrung im Bereich Kostenrechnung, Forecasting und Reporting
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (idealerweise S/4HANA im Controlling-/Costing-Umfeld)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und datenbasierten Analysen
• Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Business-Partner-Mentalität und Hands-on-Ansatz
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
