Tasks

Was dich bei uns erwartet

Du arbeitest direkt mit der CEO zusammen und bist von Anfang an mittendrin – nicht am Rand. Du übernimmst echte Verantwortung für die finanziellen und administrativen Abläufe, die unser Unternehmen am Laufen halten. Das bedeutet: strukturiert arbeiten, proaktiv kommunizieren und Dinge wirklich zu Ende bringen.

Nach sechs Monaten wollen wir, dass du die gesamte Dokumenten- und Rechnungsverarbeitung eigenständig steuerst – ohne dass wir nachfragen müssen. Die Buchhaltungsgrundlagen sind sauber, die Belege stimmen, und du hast das Sales-Backoffice (Angebote, Rechnungen, Zahlungsverfolgung) vollständig übernommen. Das ist der Moment, wo du wirklich siehst, was du aufgebaut hast!

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

Finanzadministration

• Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen, Kostenverfolgung und Pflege der Finanzunterlagen.
• Vorbereitung von Ausgangsrechnungen und Angeboten; Nachverfolgung eingehender Zahlungen
• Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentation für unsere externe Steuerberatung
• Unterstützung bei Quartals- und Investorenberichten sowie ESG-Reporting
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzautomatisierungs-Tools und Spesenmanagement-Systemen

People Operations

• Administrative Unterstützung bei Gehaltsabrechnung (Personio, DATEV)
• Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder: Unterlagen sammeln, in Personio einpflegen, bei Admin-Fragen begleiten
• Pflege von Personalakten und HR-Daten (DATEV, Personio, OneDrive)
• Erstellung von Verträgen, Briefen und Zeugnissen anhand von Vorlagen

Büromanagement & allgemeine Administration

• Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung von Büromaterial und Verbrauchsgütern
• Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben

Requirements

Was du mitbringst

• Du studierst aktuell in einem relevanten Studiengang – z. B. BWL, Finance, Accounting, HR oder ähnliches
• Grundkenntnisse in Buchhaltung oder Finanzprozessen – aus dem Studium oder erster Berufserfahrung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) – notwendig für Gehaltsabrechnung und Rechtsdokumentation
• Gute Englischkenntnisse – Firmensprache ist Englisch
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
• Sorgfalt und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Finanz- und HR-Daten
• Sicherer Umgang mit Tabellenkalkulationen
• Digitale Affinität und Freude daran, Prozesse zu verbessern
