🚀 Deine Mission

Wir suchen ein analytisches und organisatorisches Talent als operative Unterstützung unserer CFO. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für kritische Datenprozesse, unterstützt bei Transaktionen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Herzen unseres VC Fonds. Du wirst viel über Startups und die Funktionsweise von Venture Capital lernen, es handelt sich aber explizit nicht um eine Investment Rolle.

Aufgaben

• Finanzen & Admin: Koordination von Anfragen externer Dienstleister/Institutionen, Unterstützung bei Spesenabrechung und Office Operations; Optional: Unterstützung bei Events.
• Datenbankmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege unserer Capables, der Portfolio und Investoren Datenbank, sowie unserer internen Kennzahlen.
• Reporting & Analyse: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von LP-Reportings sowie Vorbereitung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Finanzanalysen.
• Prozessautomatisierung: Proaktive Suche und Implementierung von Automatisierungen zur Skalierung unsere Abläufe im Backoffice.

Qualifikation

🌺 Wen wir suchen:

• Du kommunizierst gern und professionell mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und hast dabei eine offene und positive Grundeinstellung.
• Du bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Finance und/oder Operations mit, z. B. durch Praktika oder vorherige Berufstätigkeit. Ein Hintergrund in BWL, VWL oder Wirtschaftsinformatik ist von Vorteil.
• Du denkst proaktiv mit und steuerst gern Prozesse, dabei behältst du den Überblick und vergisst (fast) nichts.
• Du arbeitest gerne und dabei extrem präzise mit Daten und beherrschst Excel/Google Sheets sicher.
• Du hast Spaß daran, administrative Hürden durch Automatisierung und smarte Tools zu lösen und hast damit auch schon erste Erfahrungen gesammelt.
• Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch. Ein Großteil unserer Arbeit ist auf Englisch.
